The Web Portal serves as a self-service online platform that enables clients to efficiently manage their payment operations.
The Payment API presents a means to integrate a client's systems with the payment gateway, facilitating automated and smooth payment processes. It is constructed on the REST Framework, ensuring seamless communication and interaction between systems.

How to gain access to the Web Portal?

To access the web portal, you will need a computer connected to the internet. You can conveniently access your account from anywhere in the world and even use multiple devices simultaneously.No software installations are required, the portal is accessed by navigating to a web browser and enter the URL www.itecpay.rw in the address bar. This will direct you to the web portal, where you can easily manage your account and perform various payment-related tasks.

Make Payments.

Single Payment

Through this feature, you have the capability to directly transfer funds to a single recipient. This function facilitates peer-to-peer transactions, allowing you to initiate a single payment either through the web interface or via the API. With this method, you can securely and conveniently send money to an individual recipient without the need for bulk or mass payments. Whether using the user-friendly web interface or integrating the functionality into your own systems through the API, this feature enables seamless and efficient single payments.

You can immediately see the status of the transaction (eg. Succesful, Failed, Insufficient Balance.)

This feature is useful for cases such as;

Mass Payment

With the Mass Payment feature, you are able to send money to multiple receipients at the same time. there are two ways this can be achieved;

Accept a Payment.

Through your ITECPay account, you can seamlessly accept and receive payments. This can be accomplished by integrating your system with the ITECPay Payment Gateway. When a payment process is initiated on your application or website, ITECPay handles the processing by securely collecting the funds from your clients on your behalf.

For this type of transaction, clients are required to approve the payment on their mobile devices. Once initiated, you will receive immediate notifications informing you whether the client has approved or declined the transaction.

Reports.

The Reports feature allows you to conveniently access and analyze your usage statistics. By utilizing the filters located at the top of each page, you can easily search, select specific date ranges, and apply other criteria to view the desired information.

Then you can view your reports directly in your browser, or you can export the reports to EXCEL format ot PDF format.

Pricing.

The pricing structure is tailored to the specific type of transaction, with each transaction incurring an individual charge.

When it comes to making payments, a fixed fee is charged for this type of transaction, regardless of the amount being transacted.

When it comes to accepting payments, a percentage of the total amount being transacted is charged for this type of transaction.

The charges associated with the service are specified in the service agreement and offer flexibility.
