Two business models are available:

• Agent Account: The Agent Model allows clients to directly sell SMS to other clients by adding a margin to the cost price.
• Reseller Account: The Reseller Model enables Agents to sell SMS to other Agents.

Both models provide Agents with complete control over their own clients, including managing prices and credit transfers.

Agents are required to purchase SMS credits upfront, and we offer competitively priced packages. It's important to note that the SMS credits do not expire.

The fundamental Agent Model empowers resellers to procure premium credits and resell them with a profit margin. This model is highly advantageous for businesses with a brick-and-mortar presence, serving a diverse clientele seeking various services. Examples include internet cafes, printing shops, agency banking centers, and more.

To obtain SMS credits, Agents are required to make upfront payments using Mobile Money. Upon payment, the purchased credits are automatically credited to their account, streamlining the process and ensuring a seamless experience.

The Master Distributor or Reseller Agent has the authority to distribute SMS credits to other agents and customers. They have the ability to create Agent Accounts under their own account and allocate credits to them. Agents created under a Master Distributor can only procure credits from that specific Master Distributor.

This model is suitable for businesses that have a network of affiliated organizations or enterprises that can be converted into customers. Examples of such businesses include educational institutions, religious organizations, government agencies, and more.

The Super Agent program offers an opportunity for individuals or businesses to become resellers of SMS credits. This model is ideal for those who have a wide network of potential customers, such as schools, churches, government agencies, and other organizations.

By leveraging the Super Agent model, businesses can effectively monetize their existing networks, establish profitable partnerships, and offer valuable SMS services to their customers, resulting in increased revenue opportunities and business growth.

Business Accounts are equipped with exclusive packages designed to maximize profit from SMS reselling. The package structure follows a simple principle: the larger the volume of SMS credits purchased by the Agent, the lower the cost per unit SMS. Our diverse range of packages offers rates as low as 5FRW* per SMS, ensuring excellent profit margins for resellers.
